As technical prime contractor, we were responsible for the planning and implementation of the event technology, the construction of the stage, the simultaneous technology and the direction of the cameras and the event.
A crew of 15 developed a complex camera technology with nine camera systems, including a Steadicam, dollycam and a crane camera. In addition, outdoor shots, at a distance of 400 metres, were streamed live on to four 9 x 5 metre screens.
The conference’s highlight was the centre catwalk. To get the right effect, we integrated a four-metre revolving stage, a fog machine and edge lighting. An illuminated canopy gave the stage a frame and at the same time concealed the sound system.
