In September Swisscom opened one of the most modern and efficient computing centre of Europe on Bern-Wankdorf. Until the end of 2014 it will be fully running and accommodate around 5,000 servers with about 10,000 customer systems.
We planned and installed modern multi-media technology and their controlling in the visitor zone. In the meeting room and the media room the lighting, the screens, the sound and provisions on view can be controlled through a touchscreen application. The new furnishing also included a “Barco ClickShare System”, the first dependable solution for a wireless connection between a notebook and the presentation technology. In addition, several high-definition screens and a Wi-Fi for communication of the media technology were installed
