As a long-standing partner since 2005, we were able to successfully realise the Swisscom Annual General Meeting again this year and inspire the 1,250 visitors with the new staging of the AGM.
As project managers, we were responsible for the entire event equipment, including the power supply for third-party providers as well as the rigging and simultaneous technology. We coordinated and installed the stage screen and the room divider. The nested structure of the curtain served to guide visitors and delineated the catering area for the subsequent aperitif. As venue partner, we also took over the management of all signage topics.
The visual highlight was the scenographic realisation: we organised and installed 27 clouds with a length of 5 to 10 metres as well as 11 large balloons. These elements contributed significantly to the successful brand experience and enhanced the unique atmosphere of the event.
