It´s still alive! We drafted the “Swiss Life Arena” in 2011, which is still in use. The goal was a mobile construction, which could be constructed in different spaces over the time-span of several years, would offer space for the whole squad, and enables a familiar and intimate gathering.
The arena was used eight times in five different occasions. A sustainable investment in the leadership communication.
In 2011, we produced a game for this event for which each participant received a laser pointer with which he or she was able to point to different answers on one of four screens. A software had been programmed, which counted the amount of laser points with a camera and evaluated them immediately.
