On the occasion of the Digital Day 2018, SBB commissioned us to revise and develop the already existing concept of a Digital Train. It was stationed at various train stations in Switzerland from 18 to 25 October and is open to the public.
The project resulted in two redesigned cars: the campus car and the adventure car. While the campus car serves to promote human interaction and exchange between SBB and the population, the adventure car focuses on the visitor and their personal mobility.
We redesigned the campus car and furnished it with custom-made furniture to provide a setting for workshops, training and presentations. The modular design with mobile seating allows customers to host various events in parallel.
One of the highlights is the Mobility Quiz that we designed and developed in the adventure car. Using a QR code card, visitors go through three quiz stations on the topic of “smart mobility” and receive a personalised profile evaluation. We have also taken over the design and implementation of the photo booths, where visitors can take a photo at the end and download it via QR code.
