Since 2010, Raiffeisen has done a lot of work on their basic strategy and values through a unique process. The big event “DialogPlus” of the 26th September 2015 at the Messe Basel has been the high point of the change process.
Around 10´000 employees and members of the board of Raiffeisen got together in Basel in order to discuss the implementation of their basic strategy and its definition. The visitors were split into 28 groups and were approached with different content through projections.
We were responsible for the planning and implementation of the lighting, video and audio technology and for the translation, which was done simultaneously. Fitting three halls with around 450 tons of material at the same time posed the biggest challenge. Overall, over 5´200 illuminants were installed. For the whole event, 42 trucks were loaded with material and 195 staff members.
