Orange has undergone a complete rebranding and is now called Salt. The big launch event took place on 23 April 2015 in the presence of around 870 employees, 200 guests and 30 media representatives.
The interesting aspect of the event was finding a location where three different target groups can be welcomed in separate rooms, get the same information at the same time and can celebrate together. In addition, the secrecy surrounding the launch brought its own organisational challenges.
As the prime contractor, we worked on this project for eleven months. The area of responsibility was: development of the project, staging of the launch and realisation of the event. This included the following tasks: event conception, project management, location hunting, catering, security, casting, creation and implementation of an event app, scheduling, screen design, fashion show, stage design and construction, live-stream, event architecture, event technology and continuity studio.
