Once again, we coordinated the technology, construction and content of the Senior Leaders Meeting for our client Holcim. Within the framework of various workshops and plenary sessions, the participants of the world’s leading provider of innovative and sustainable construction solutions worked together on the strategic direction for 2025 under the motto “Accelerating Green Growth”.
Holistic scenography
This year, the main event took place in the Circle at Zurich Airport. We equipped the foyer and the lobby of the Convention Center with prints, exhibits and LED screens in Holcim’s new brand look, thus creating a harmonious overall image. The client’s goal was to inspire the employees with a holistic scenography and well thought-out content and to make them active pioneers of the future strategy. For this purpose, we accompanied the meeting participants during the four-day event with up to four camera teams. We prepared the footage on site and staged it on the stage of the convention centre using video, LED, lighting and audio design.
Projection as a highlight
In addition to the event at Zurich Airport, workshops and excursions were held in the city of Zurich and in central Switzerland. The successful Leaders Meeting was concluded with a gala dinner at the former JED Events printing centre. We used a specially installed projection for the event location. This surrounded the participants with a special media presentation, which allowed them to look back on their most recent experiences together.
