The World Expo 2012 in Yeosu put the spotlight on water from 12 May to 12 August with the theme ‘The living ocean and coasts’. The Swiss pavilion highlighted the Swiss Alpine landscape and its significance as a water reservoir and presented a more than 4,000-year-old ice core from the Gorner glacier.
As part of the STEINER TAMSCHICK NÜSSLI team, we took on the role of technical premium partner and was responsible for audio, video and lighting. This included creating a technical concept, carrying out trial runs to select the right materials, installation engineering and on-site realisation in Yeosu.
This pavilion won the Expo 2012 Award in three different categories!
