EATON Visitor Center – Multitouch-Table

In just three months, Habegger AG developed and programmed two interactive multi-touch table applications for the Visitor Centre of the EATON company in Morges at the request of Bellprat Associates AG. Using this table, EATON customers and employees can explore and become acquainted with the enormous range of products on their own, in a fun and exciting manner.

There are 18 glass cylinders per table, and each of them presents a different industry branch that EATON is involved in. If you place one of the cylinders on the multi-touch area, the software recognises the industry branch and the matching information tree is displayed. The user is then given free reign and can move the objects around at will, zoom in, rotate, open and close.
