We took over this exciting task and created the design as well as the technology concept for this event room.
The room was redesigned and restructured. This included the materials used for the walls, including the colouring, wallpapers and cloths and the design of the ceiling with specially designed LED décor lights, which allows the use of different colours in order to change the ambience of the room.
The technical reconstruction used the newest conference technology and we installed beamers, winding screens, a new public address system, the basic and ambience lighting as well as the media control system for all crafts in the different rooms, which can be controlled via an iPad.
We were also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the installation and Habegger is, as part of the Venue Service partnership, responsible for taking care of the events.
