Stories about Bern during the Belle Époque were told in a 360-degree film production and presented at the traditional fair BEA. The Burgergemeinde Bern presented themselves to the public through this project. As prime contractor, by order of Expoforum, we built the cinema, produced the movie and implemented the technology needed for the 360-degree cinema. Using a panorama image from 1894 and turning it into a humorous and exciting movie was the challenge.
By combining Bern´s history, a Monty Python like style and Massimo Rocchi we created a moving and amusing story. The 360-degree film project will be seen on the Bundesplatz in Bern in late summer of 2014.
