With a well-thought-out and sustainable concept, we successfully supported BKW in delivering their Capital Markets Day 2024. The corporate event was held at the Circle Convention Center at Zurich Airport and was delivered as a hybrid format, welcoming 75 guests on-site and 100 digital participants.
Our task was to ensure a technically precise and seamless execution. We were responsible for the complete technical project management — from planning and budget control to on-site implementation. At the heart of the event was the stage design featuring our LED wall, which visually emphasized the content-driven focus of the day. The concept was enhanced by customized lighting and audio solutions, simultaneous interpretation into English, and a professional livestream.
Sustainability was a central pillar of the concept: existing stage elements were deliberately reused to conserve resources while still creating a high-quality setting.
Our event management ensured a smooth flow from the opening speaker to the final item on the agenda.
BKW was highly impressed with the implementation and remains open to new, innovative concepts and future formats.
