As a powerful kick-off for the collective implementation of its new strategy, AXA Winterthur held a Switzerland-wide employee event at Messe Luzern on 4 December 2015. The insurance company also used the occasion to celebrate its 140th anniversary together with its employees.
In the run-up to the event, brave employees could voluntarily register for the Mission Games. Employees were then divided into three groups and assigned to different locations. The games took place during the event, so the employees who were at Messe Luzern could watch the competitions live via a multi-screen system.
We developed the concept together with AXA, and as a technical partner, it was involved to a great extent in the realisation of the event. We spent five months working on the preparations for this project. The services it provided included: Co-conception, project management, sequence planning, content production, event documentation, stage design and building, live streaming, event technology and on-site direction.
