Following the digital implementation in 2021, we were once again given the opportunity this year to support the recruitment campaign CEO for One Month for international human resources provider the Adecco Group.
The market leader for human resources solutions has already been taking an unconventional approach to the recruitment of new talent for many years now: their career begins in the boardroom as CEO for One Month. Around 140,000 career starters apply for the internship programme each year. Only around 50 people make it through to the next round. To do this, they first have to prove themselves at a national level. The ten most talented applicants ultimately fight for the Global CEO for One Month title and the coveted internship at the side of Denis Machuel, Chief Executive Officer of the Adecco Group in a final, three-day assessment.
As an agency, we were responsible for both conceptualisation and realisation. Alongside the creative level, our service portfolio also included the entire event logistics (transfers & flights), scouting, the overall coordination of all seven venues and locations, the preparation of all giveaways, and the content-related and technical implementation of the final live stream.
